The Tour

Tours are very hands on and interactive. Most animal enclosures are walk through with many interesting surprises.

Guided tours of Paul’s Place include year round:

• Koala Holding
• Possum Holdin
• Snake Holding
• Kangaroo Holding
• Handfeed Birds
• Rare opportunity to watch Echidnas feed
• Handfeed Kangaroos, Emus, Deer, and countless domestic animals
• Ponyrides (small children)
• Many Birdspecies, including Cockatoos, Kookaburras, Rosellas, Parrots, Curlews
• Close view of Brushtail Bettongs and Tammar Wallabies

Seasonal parts of the tour include:

• Sheepshearing Demonstration, (not in winter)
• View a joey inside the pouch, (breeding season only, occasionally those breeding may not be happy showing joey, therefore not available at all times)
• Heath Goannas (warm weather)
• Bottlefeeding Baby animals

Due to the nature of the tour we provide there are often special things for visitors, such as baby birds or possums, an emu on a nest or a emu hatching from an egg, a brand new foal or anything else. We share as much as we can but it is always dependent on the animal feeling comfortable with this also.
